On this release, Ukrainian-born pianist Anna Shelest continues her collaboration with Neeme Järvi on a project of recording the complete works for piano and orchestra by Anton Rubinstein (1829-1894). This release, featuring Rubinstein's Concertos Nos 3 and 5, marks the second installment in the series.
Recorded 7-11 May 2018 at Estonia Concert Hall, Tallinn, Estonia and first released on Sorel Classics. Newly available on Music & Arts in 2023.
