Rain Worthington

Self-taught American composer Rain Worthington was born in 1949. She began creating solo piano pieces before learning to read and write music notation, performing them herself from memory at concerts in New York City. Later she taught herself music notation and orchestration. Her compositions, influenced by world music, romanticism and minimalism, have been recorded by Navona Records.
