Tom Corfield

British organist Tom Corfield studied at the Royal Academy of Music and the University of East Anglia. He worked as Simon Lindley's assistant at Leeds Parish Church for four years, and from 1985 was assistant organist at Derby Cathedral, where his duties included accompanying the Cathedral Choir and running the Voluntary Choir.

He teaches for the Open University, is a rehearsal accompanist for Derby Bach Choir and the Dalesmen Male-Voice Choir and, since 2021, has been organist of St Anne’s Church, Derby.
