At Classical Music Daily our definition of seventh century music is 'music that was created between 1 January 601 and 31 December 700 AD'. This is a very long time ago, and there's very little information from this period. There may also be information about music created about events which took place during this time, such as the Battle of Badr, or music setting texts from this period.
