Andreas Nicolai Tarkmann

German composer and arranger Andreas Nicolai Tarkmann was born in Hanover on 1 May 1956. He initially trained as an oboist. His compositions and arrangements have been successful internationally. He is also an expert in reconstructing and orchestrating incomplete works.
