Pascal Rogé

French pianist Pascal Rogé was born in Paris on 6 April 1951. He studied at the Paris Conservatoire and also with Nadia Boulanger and Julius Katchen.

After winning two international piano competitions he became an exclusive recording artist for Decca at the age of seventeen.

He is known for his playing of French, Austrian and German classical repertoire, and has appeared with top conductors internationally.

He also enjoys teaching, particularly in Japan, and gives regular masterclasses.
