Nicola LeFanu

The English composer Nicola LeFanu was born 28 April 1947 to another composer, Elizabeth Maconchy. She has received many awards for her music, and was Professor of Music at York University (and head of department from 1994 until 2001) until retiring from teaching in 2008.
