Mark Bebbington

British pianist Mark Bebbington was born on 17 January 1972. He studied with Kendall Taylor and Phyllis Sellick at the Royal College of Music in London and later with Aldo Ciccolini in Italy.

A strong advocate of British music, Bebbington has recorded over thirty albums for SOMM Recordings, including complete cycles of piano works by Frank Bridge and John Ireland.

Based in Worcester UK, he has toured widely in Europe, the Far East and North America, and has performed with a series of high profile orchestras.
