Beatrice Rana performs four of Bach's keyboard concertos, recorded with the Amsterdam Sinfonietta following a ten-date tour: BWV 1052 in D minor, BWV 1053 in E, BWV 1054 in D and BWV 1056 in F minor. Beatrice played the F minor concerto BWV 1056 in her first public concert with an orchestra, and describes Bach as 'an important figure in my life ... my piano studies began when I was very young and Bach was there from the very start'.
