Greek-born composer Aphrodite Raickopoulou studied piano and composition at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she currently lives. She has recorded for BBC Radio and wrote a symphonic suite for Luciano Pavarotti's Red Cross Gala in 2005. As a pianist, performers she has worked with include José Carreras.
