Noriko Koide
Japanese composer Noriko Koide was born in Chiba on 26 April 1982. She studied in Tokyo with Masao Endo, Yutaka Fujiwara, Akira Fukada and Toshio Hosokawa, and in the Netherlands, where her teachers included Wim Henderickx, Martijn Padding and Yannis Kyriakides. Her music uses a large variety of unusual timbres and textures.
