Bartók Plus Opera Festival

The Bartók Plus Opera Festival - Bartók Plusz Operafesztivál in Hungarian, and also known as the Miskolc Opera Festival - is an annual festival held every summer in Miskolc, the capital of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén in north-east Hungary. The festival was created in 2001 by Péter Müller Sziámi, former artistic director of the National Theatre of Miskolc, which is the festival's main venue.
