Nigel Ogden

British composer, organist and broadcaster Nigel Ogden was born in Manchester in 1954 and began broadcasting for the BBC in 1971, taking over as presenter of the radio programme The Organist Entertains in 1980. His compositions include Born for us on Christmas Day and At Your Service, both for unison voices and piano, and many light organ music works, including Mr Mozart Takes a Sleigh Ride, Penguins' Playtime, Saints on a Spree and Scherzo for the White Rabbit.
