  • Somewhat Delayed Reviews (2018-2020) - This series concentrates, deliberately, on reviews of books, CDs etc which were published or released several years ago.
  • Spotlight (1999-2024) - In-depth reviews of recordings by various contributors. Previously published under the names CD Spotlight and DVD Spotlight.
  • Three Questions before the First Night (2003-2008) - As the first performance of an important new composition approaches, Carson P Cooman asks three questions of the work's composer.
  • Timings (2005-2010) - Jennifer Paull spotlights music or musicians in their time.
  • You must be joking! (1999-2024) - humorous and funny articles, some of them April Fools jokes, and articles about musical comedians.
